Bio

Scott Kien is an Orange County real estate advisor specializing in property rehabilitation, master-planned developments, and leveraging a 29-year background in tech leadership and commercial asset management to maximize client equity.   He developed his passion for Real Estate over 23 years ago, rehabbing distressed properties and ultimately progressing to developing master-planned communities.  After a break from real estate to oversee the family businesses in Huntington Beach, he is eagerly returning to his passion, helping those who wish to sell or acquire properties for personal or investment purposes and relocate to California.  As an Orange County native with extensive knowledge of Huntington Beach, Scott performs significant community service for his church and has volunteered for the HOA of his Huntington Seacliff community for the past 19 years.  He earned his master’s degree in computer engineering and computer science.  He is dedicated to serving his clients with a commitment to excellence.
